Follow the links below to tables that explain the fees and requirements for the MOC program, outlined by the year in which certificates were issued.
Please note, for those diplomates with an MOC cycle beginning before 2006 (before full implementation of the MOC program), fees and requirements are prorated according to how many years are left in the initial cycle (NOT by when you started participating).
Persons receiving certificates from 2006 forward will participate in full MOC cycles.
