Vascular and Interventional Radiology

Vascular and interventional radiology is a subspecialty of diagnostic radiology that encompasses the diagnosis of all abnormalities and anomalies of the arteries, veins, and lymphatics. It includes all vascular and nonvascular imaging-directed interventional procedures. All modalities and techniques used in diagnostic and interventional procedures are also part of this subspecialty.

MOC (maintenance of certification) is for diplomates who are already ABR-certified in vascular and interventional, and who are working in the 10-year cycle of maintaining that certification.

Diplomates hold time-limited (10-year) certificates and are therefore automatically enrolled in the MOC program. They should start participating immediately.
