1 For CME credits earned in the years prior to full MOC implementation, diplomates should keep documentation and enter this participation into their personal password-protected files on the ABR interactive website in 2007.

2 An adequate number of SAMs may not be available until 2007; however, any 2005-06 SAM documentation may also be kept and entered in your personal file in 2007.

Note: CME credits and SAMs need not be done in the precise year specified in the table; however, diplomates are advised that they should spread their work as evenly as possible over the years of the MOC cycle, and not earned it all in relatively short intervals (e.g., at the beginning of the cycle, at the end of the cycle, or just prior to exam registration).
